William, previously seen in everything from <em>Flatliners<\/em> and <em>Backdraft<\/em> to the new <em>MacGyver<\/em> series, joins Amanda Warren (<em>Three Billboards Outside Ebbing<\/em>, <em>Missouri<\/em>), Colin Woodell (<em>Designated Survivor<\/em>) and Gabriel Chavarria (<em>War for the Planet of the Apes<\/em>) in the show, which will be overseen by <em>Purge<\/em> creator James DeMonaco. Like his films of the same name, it envisages a near future where for one cathartic night each year, all crime is legal.
