In The Ghost Who Saved the Bank at Monte Carlo, Marty’s eccentric Aunt Clara asks Jeff and Jeannie to accompany her to a casino, where she employs her foolproof system to win a fortune. Two rival gangs, who are both after Clara’s secret, steal her notebook and kidnap Jeannie. Marty must take over the roulette wheel to restore order and foil the gangsters.
