Gordon Ramsay is about to embark on his most personal challenge yet, as National Geographic reintroduces him to those he once taught, both in the kitchen and at home.  In UNCHARTED SHOWDOWN (Wednesday 9th, 8pm), Gordon faces off against UK star chefs Paul Ainsworth and Matt Waldron, who got their first starts in Ramsay’s kitchen before embarking on their own culinary journey.
