Writer-director Amy Heckerling’s hilarious and iconic coming-of-age teen comedy of manners CLUELESS (Saturday 14th, 7.05pm),is loosely based on Jane Austen’s novel ‘Emma’. Alicia Silverstone is pure comedy gold as the beautiful, popular and rich high school student Cher, who is at the top of her Beverly Hills school’s pecking order.

Seeing herself as a matchmaker, Cher first persuades two teachers to date each other. Emboldened by her success, she decides to give “clueless” new student Tai (Brittany Murphy) a makeover. When Tai becomes more popular than she is, Cher realizes that her disapproving ex-stepbrother (Paul Rudd) was right about how misguided she’s been.
