4K UHD broadcaster Insight TV continues its Power &… series, a look at normal people living extraordinary lives, with third season Power &…Martial Arts.
Beginning with eight episodes (more will follow later in the year), this series explores the highs and lows in the journeys of martial artists, and the extraordinary skills they’ve developed. Subjects include Dutch kickboxing champion Denise Kielholtz, and her fight against sexism; New York boxer Tear Coleman, and his legendary 52 Blocks technique; and Shaolin master Kirby Koo, who discusses Zen and the art of the one-inch punch.
