Actor and comedian Tom Green will host Giant America on Travel Channel, a half-hour special dedicated to America’s massive structures.

The presenter will travel to Texas where he’ll get a behind-the-scenes look at the Texas State Fair, discover how the ten-gallon hat got its name and attempt to set a record eating an 85-ounce steak.

Green said: “I’ve travelled the country performing at comedy venues for over ten years, and I’ve seen lots of amazing places and objects along the way.

“Some things are so massive that it forces me to ask those questions: ‘What is that?’ ‘What’s it doing here?’ ‘And why is it so big?’ And I’m finally getting to the bottom of it all!”
