With The Path now in its third series on Hulu, NBC has commissioned a new pilot from its creator Jessica Goldberg. Based on a 2014 thriller by Joseph Finder, Suspicion follows a man who finds himself informing for the FBI after accepting a loan from a wealthy neighbour. Goldberg, who has also previously worked on Parenthood and the 2012 film Refuge, will executive produce along with Finder, plus Keshet’s Rachel Kaplan, Peter Traugott, Avi Nir and Alon Shtruzman. The tone of the show is intended to be ‘Hitchcockian’.
