Good news for fans of plastic surgery reality series Botched – E! has given the go ahead for a fifth season of the hit show.

Botched goes behind the scenes with some of America’s best cosmetic surgeons as they attempt to fix the most unimaginable plastic surgery catastrophes, from nose jobs gone wrong to the case of a woman who nearly died after a botched tummy tuck.

Botched has consistently ranked in the top ten in both Sunday and Thursday Primetime on cable, so season 5 will be held up to high expectations, but with a whole world of plastic surgery nightmares out there just waiting to be fixed, the team will surely have enough material to work with.
