Highly-trained former CIA operative Peter Devereaux is convinced by his ex-boss to extract agent Natalia Ulanova from Russia. Natalia is the assistant of Russian presidential candidate Arkady Federo, who is believed to have committed war crimes during the Chechen war. Having collected plenty of evidence against Federo, Natalia asks for Peter’s help but is killed, managing to give him a name before dying.
