At San Diego Comic-Con, HISTORY announced the return of hit drama series Vikings with an exclusive trailer from the mid-season five premiere.

The trailer was shown to nearly 5,000 fans of the drama during the Vikings cast panel, which featured stars Katheryn Winnick (Lagertha), Clive Standen (Rollo), Alexander Ludwig (Bjorn Ironside), Alex High Andersen (Ivar the Boneless), Georgia Hirst (Torvi), alongside Vikings creator and writer Michael Hirst.

The premiere is set to air Wednesday, 28 November and will see the arrival of a legendary Viking, the famous Duke Rollo (Clive Standen), who will cause upheaval in a Kattegat still adjusting to new king, Ivar the Boneless.

Season six of the series is currently in production in Ireland.
