Nazi Hunters comes to PBS America this month

Monday, March 25th, 2019

Get on the trail of escaped Nazi war criminals this month as PBS America premieres docu-drama series Nazi Hunters.

The series spans the chaotic post-war period and beyond when surviving Jewish soldiers and civilians formed the network which came to be known as nokim, Hebrew for ‘avengers’. They travelled the world hunting down fugitive Nazis in an effort to bring them to justice.

In addition to the nokim, Nazi Hunters follows the Israeli intelligence agency Mossad and prominent Nazi-hunters Simon Wiesenthal and Serge and Beate Klarsfeld as they chase down the likes of Herbert Cukurs, Adolf Eichmann and Josef Mengele.

Nazi Hunters premieres weeknight from Tuesday 26 March at 10:15pm on PBS America, the UK branch of the Public Broadcasting Service. PBS America airs on Freeview 91, Freesat 155, Virgin Media 276 and Sky 174.
