ROB LOWE SET TO STAR IN LIFETIME’S THE BAD SEED REMAKE

Friday, December 22nd, 2017

Cult movie classic ‘The Bad Seed’ is set for a modern day revamp for Lifetime – with one big twist.

Although Nancy Kelly earned an Oscar-nomination for her role as mother to a child who is the personification of pure evil in the original film, the new production will be gender-flipped, starring Rob Lowe (who will also direct) as a single dad.

Currently in negotiations with Warner Bros., who own the rights to the title, Lifetime is hoping to press ahead with casting on the production in early 2018.
