Austin Powers, a 1960s secret agent who had been cryogenically frozen, is brought out of his cryofreeze and into the 1990s in Austin Powers: International Man Of Mystery (June 9th, 9pm) on Sony Movies.
His greatest enemy Dr. Evil, who had also been cryogenically frozen, wakes up in Nevada and steals a nuclear weapon. After realising he’s now living in the ’90s, Dr Evil holds the world hostage for 100 billion dollars. Austin Powers joins up with Vanessa Kensington, his ex-partner’s daughter, and goes to Vegas to look for Evil, stop his plan and save the world.
