INSIGHT TV ANNOUNCES FORMULA DRIFT SHOW ‘CLOSE PROXIMITY’

INSIGHT TV has announced the launch of Close Proximity to air on 27 March 2018.

The ten-part show will follow professional driver Matt Field as he tackles the 2016 Formula Drift Championship Series.

As he battles for the championship, Matt and his team must deal with his competitors, mechanical hurdles and the occasional spin out.

Featuring legendary speedway tracks including Road Atlanta and Texas Motor Speedway, the series combines adrenaline-pumping action and emotional drama.

INSIGHT TV director content & channels Arun Maljaars said: “’Close Proximity’ really gets under the hood of drifting and highlights the sacrifices that these guys have to go through to win races.”
